Ordered my Astra VXR three months ago today and I'm picking it up on Monday :):). I test drove it so long ago that I have forgot what it was like to drive. :rolleyes:

I was the same and felt phsically sick before I drove it home . Too excited.

Monday will take forever to arrive, but the next month will fly by :p
Had mine 30 days ago and it seems like only yesterday :D

Have you checked the quality of their paint preparation? I cleaned mine myself and would recommend that to everyone.

Thanks for all the welcome replies. :)

I ordered the car in Ardent Blue. Extras ordered are auto lights & wipers, folding mirrors, climate, AFL and parking sensors. Stayed with the 18 inch alloys though as I like the look of them.

I also bought a load of polish weeks ago in anticipation!

I think that I might drive it home a bit gingerly from the dealer on my maiden voyage. We all know what happened to the Titanic!:D

:) Less than 24 hours left until I pick up the car. I have taken tomorrow afternoon off especialy to pick it up in the day light. I want to give it a good going over to make sure there is no damage.

My other half picked her new car up 3 months ago and there was a nasty scatch on the bumper:expletive deleted:. This was sorted by the garage but they were a bit embarrised as it was missed on the pre delivery inspection.

I will check mine tomorrow from top to bottom.
