Typical, my Pc doesn't want to load images today. But if it is similar to BO55's monaro it's a very good car. BTW I had a sneak peek at you car B055 when I went to the A1 GP at Brands Hatch, beautiful car you've got there.

IIRC they came with a "Certificate of Authenticity"... All Monaro's CV8/VXR have a "build number" on plate on the bonnet slam panel on the bonnet but the VXR500 was a customisation by Vaux/Greens/Wortec
FYI, my HSV build number is 0064

To add... if you don't have a Certificate, send a PM to caspy (http://www.vxronline.co.uk/forum/member.php?u=54) and ask him for confirmation

Haha... that or a re-birth... I'm not sure.
I don't have a certificate, no. I bought the car from Greens after it had been sold back to them from it's first owner, who I understand wasn't getting much use out of it. It had 900 odd miles on it. Presumably he kept hold of the certificate if one was issued. It was Brian (aka Caspy?) who put me on to the car in the first place. Will send a PM... I like certificates lol :D

I am looking for a mint "original 15" VXR500.
No look alikes or aftermarket cars and must have all original documentation. Will go to a very good long term home!
Any leads appreciated

Is your front plate smaller Andrew? If so, where did you get it from. Mine is standard size which is too small for the space on my Ro. I want to get one that fits properly.

Yeah, it's on the list, along with bushes, diff cover, quick steering rack, 9psi... and so on lol. So many mods, so little money!! :-)
Re the plate, I get all mine from http://www.fancyplates.com It's the same width as the plate holder on the bumper, and they'll do pretty much any size you want. :)

Plates ordered, delivered, and fitted to the Ro. Looks so much better with the smaller plate on the front. Cheers for the link Andrew. Very happy.
