BTCC VXR Meets for 2007

Vauxhall have kindly once again backed 3 BTCC VXR meets for 2007

Brands Hatch - Sun 1st April
Rockingham - Sun 22nd April
Donington - Sun 15th July

As per 2006 meets, entry for driver and car parking will be covered by Vauxhall Motorsport, refreshments on the day tbc.

2 registers will be placed up very shortly for those interested in joining us at Brands Hatch & Rockingham.

This event will again be for all VXR range, HSV, 888 coupe/cdti & Vectra ST200's.

VXR came out twice over Christmas :D Over a year old now and still love it!
The runabout Aygo is doing me a great service 5000miles in three months helping keep the VXR young and saved it from a battering as well, a month ago found tyre marks down the rear end causing dents in the rear door and wheel arch :evil: then last week had a huge stone chip hit the screen and cracked it from one side to the other :twisted: Just so glad it wasn't the VXR in the wars but still miffed as I try to look after all cars the same, well one a little more than others :wink:

Back on topic - Shane these three events are all quite early in the BTCC season, is there likely to be any more later, perhaps the last race for instance ?

I havent got a VXR - YET! :( ( Waiting to see what the Corsa looks like before deciding - Astra or Corsa) - But will be in my Astra Sport hatch. Its a good drive for us - just short of 600 miles round trip
Will come round and give you a visit - the wife will be loving the Arden blue Astras :D (Shame shes a Plato fan! :oops: )

Hey Roger,

Sorry, I seem to have missed something here... can you enlighten me... When registering for a ticket, that's all you are doing, Vauxhall will send out the tickets about 2 weeks before the event.

As for the registered membership, if you look in the Navigation bar, you'll see "Memberlist".... I'm guessing that's what you're after.

Is this correct as my neighbour with a sporthatch & XP pack has always wanted the opportunity to go, we've talked about previous events I've been too.
He's been to the odd BTCC event before but not in the VXR parking areas, is he able to register with us for this one :?:

the non astra VXR's belong to members of vauxhall sports car club which is the official vxl car club and are also able to attend the meets, as for available spot we are already into the reserve list as we have a limit of 150 cars

I cant see there being too much of a problem in getting the tickets....as for price, they are usually a few quid cheaper if you buy online

Just got my pack from Vauxhall through the door this morning :)

For those of you ordering extra tickets there is a promotion code in the pack which you can use to get tickets for £18 too late for me though as I ordered last week.

Boss, Aussie is there any chance that future promotion codes for discounted tickets can be given out before the Vauxhall pack arrives, most people order their extra tickets weeks before the event not days?
