2008 08 Corsa VXR in black with 18" alloys - best price available!

As the title - not much more to say!

It has 5700 mile on the clock, has the new (unmarked) anthracite alloys and literally still smells like a new car! We bought it new from our local main dealer (not an 'ex-demo!') and looks awesome in black. Only selling as we're going to be in need of a 5 door soon :)

At the time I posted, the price is/was the cheapest 08 with 18s I found - It's not a competition so I don't need people to try to prove me wrong with cheaper 07 plates or basic spec cars etc. If you feel so strongly that its way off the mark and you really need to get it off your chest then by all means PM me! The car is priced to sell, but it doesn't, it will get cheaper! however baring in mind its only been up a day, and at this time its only on here, its not going to be shedding thousands of pounds overnight lol.

Very tidy motor mate, im currently after a VXR myself.

1) Are you the only owner from new or was it pre-registered?

2) Any service work carried out, recalls, repairs?

3) Any problems, faults, issue's with engine or electrics?

4) Any other options other than 18" alloys?

5) Where in the country are you and what dealer did you buy it from?

6) Why are you selling a new car mate?

7) Any scratches, window chips, marks, dents, kerbage, anywhere?

8.) Is it HPI clear?

9) Any modifications made on the car or extras added?

10) Any recent changes to parts e.g new tyres, new wiper blades, anything?

To answer your questions - might as well stick them up on here for everyone :)

-Yep, just one owner - my wife

2) Any service work carried out, recalls, repairs?
-Nothing apart from the passenger seat back was sticking (not tilting when it should all the time) was like it from new but thought it might bother the new owner so just had it corrected by vauxhall so its 100% under warranty

3) Any problems, faults, issue's with engine or electrics?
-Nope nothing, its 100%

4) Any other options other than 18" alloys?
Only the pearlescent paint :)

5) Where in the country are you and what dealer did you buy it from?
In Harlow (J7, M11) and bought from Motorsales (Vauxhall) in Harlow. Paid in full, no finance on the car.

6) Why are you selling a new car mate?
Baby on the way, we don't need 2 decent cars between us (I've got a focus ST) as we don't do the miles, so am chopping one in for a bigger cheaper car for more room and cash in the bank!

7) Any scratches, window chips, marks, dents, kerbage, anywhere?
We took it on a trip up to Scotland within the first week or two of having it, and did 2500 of its miles within 10 days! the car was fab, never missed a beat and was very comfy on the long trip - however we did pick up a couple of stone chips which i touched in as soon as we got back. you'd be pushed to notice them! There are a couple of marks on the leading edge of the bonnet where it looks like something has been lent on it but it doesnt seem to have gone through the clear coat so may polish out. Apart from these, tiny bits, the car is as truely mint as you can see from the pics :) no dents, no kerbage, no window chips!

-Yep, absolutely.

-No, completely standard/original

It really is as genuine as it sounds, all original paperwork, keys, handbook, balance of 3 year warranty, balance of 12 months road tax etc. There are no gremlins!

Cant believe this car is still for Sale.

Have known Arbee for ages through the ST owners club and he lives down the road from me and all his cars are / have been immaculate (almost bordering on an8l). I still havent forgiven him for beating me to the best prepared ST trophey at FITP. I was robbed i tell you. :lol:

I dont think he will mind me saying that him and Mrs Arbee are as far removed from boy / girl racers as you can get and the car is a pure minter. Grab yourselves a bargain. 8)

I think prices are fair, I just think that because this is a dedicated website for VXR's you are going to be competing with lots of for sale ads with people in different circumstances, i.e. some people who want a quick sale and not worried about holding out for top price and this is where the people who aren't in a rush to sell will always loose out.
