Custom 3" stainless stell exhaust into a Miltek race back box (black tip), Straight through with 1 silencer

Custom remapped by smart performance---295bhp 340 lbft torque
Away until march but when i get back i have uprated front mounts to fit, regal inlet cams, new water pump and timing kit. Pollen filter, battery, LED foglights. Hope to buy a RARB, CDTI airbox and LSD in the future, will also need to visit smart performance again to remap using the inlet cams
Hi my name is Kaine am 23 years old, live in Oldham(Manchester) and i have now proudly owned my astra for nearly 2 years so i thought i would do a thread
First of all the car i went from to the VXR
A clio 1.6 which had thousands spent on it and was pushin 240bhp so the vxr wasnt a shock when i got in it lol.
I picked my Astra up in October 2009
First mod i did was to de badge and de wiper the back end, looks so much better IMO
Then after joining this forum i seen all the ideas around, and started to work on putting mine the black and red theme, first came the Wing mirrors
The better winter started to arrive so i left my vxr stood for abit
Once the snow had cleared i looked at putting the wheels black, the job was ok although they didnt put the whole wheel black just the face, and now the paint just peels of when it wants to, i shall look into powder coating them soon
After looking at peoples interior i 100% wanted the piano black dash but i thought it was very dear so i went for painted mine instead, happy with the out come
Diffuser off, rear boot strip off, wing mirrors changed, roof painted also
I then decided i wanted a black grill, wasn't sure on what this would look like even today i am unsure, some angels it looks great then some it looks odd, overall i am keeping this way though
Then i had it remapped using a dreamscience, never got it RR though as the RR day got cancelled but very happy with what a remap does
few cosmetics lol
Few engine bay tart ups was in order next
HID's were next, i do a lot motorway driving at the weekends been in the navy working in Portsmouth and living in Oldham, night time can be a night mare on the A34 so hid;s were a must
Thought about putting the front splitter black but it didnt look right to me i tried something else, looks good not the best of finish by me and mate, but happy with it for now lol
Then the exhaust and FMIC, pics of been built up, its a 3inch full through no cats into a milltek race back box, was to loud so since i have added a silencer lol
i do have pics but they need uploading to photo bucket i shall do that 2moz
