    Depends where you get it from but if u plan on fitting it urself you will get Change from £200 if just buying it, and yeh it helps prevent the body rolling about wen you go round bend so yeh it does help and I would say its quite noticeable. Some people say its not noticeable once on the car. But they clearly shouldn't have a vxr if they don't notice the difference! Lol

    Welcome mate, I'd say an exhaust firstly to get then pops and bangs is a must lol- warning tho fuel economy goes down when ya get it as all you wana do is floor it lol

    I would highly recommend improving the braking and handling first off.
    I like most jumped straight in at power, now at stage 3 can't enjoy the car as much as the standard brakes are poor, and the handling is dreadful.

    As said above s3 cars r dangerous without brakes and handleing , though I do think the standard setup is fine for a standard car

    i agree with the lads who say learn how it handles first take it to a local track day - deffo brakes and rarb for starters then fmic, exhaust, cdti or cone filter then lsd and remapped

    Brakes are awful get too hot too fast ! Me and L7HAR went for a blast up the coast the other day and after about 10mins we pulled over and the brakes were literally smoking ! They fade so fast but all upgrade options are so expensive so I hear?
