Default Help please??? Astra vxr blue smoke and using a lot of oil

Hi, please can someone help me. I've recently bought an astra vxr 2006. Ex bt company car. I have an issue where when I start it from stone cold it doesn't smoke at all. As soon as its warmed up and driven its smoking. When turbo is in the smoke clears a bit but as soon as the revs drop to 2k it throws a lot of blue smoke out.
I know it's burning a lot of oil because its using maybe a litre in 60-70 miles.
Inside the exhaust tip is sopping in black oil.
There's no management lights on and diagnostics pic nothing up.
I'm worried its the valve stem seals or the turbo.
Prefer to be the turbo as can do myself but the head off is out of my league.

I have taken 2 pipes off so far. The inlet from air box to turbo, that's bone dry.
The underneath turbo up to the intercooler, that's got very minimal dusting of oil in there.

I ain't taken the outlet off to precat but should imagine its going to be soaked in oil as its travelled all way to the tip.

I'm stuck at moment and really don't know if I go to Evans halshaw Newport and buy a brand new unit at £360 plus £65 gasket set
    Or
Pay a garage to rebuild the head to do valve stem seals

    Any help will be great

I have videos and pics of the smoke and inside the pipes I have removed.

I would say it's probably turbo if there's a lot of oil in the exhaust.

Thanks, I like to think to but don't want be spending on a new turbo to find its the valve stem seals.
Before the Astra I had a Megane 225 and I find it had a stronger pull than my astra. To me would say turbo is weak.

Also forgot to mention that when driving its sounds like 2 love birds whistling under the bonnet at 2k rev.

Just so you know you don't need to remove the head to do the seals

I'm told to get valve stem seals out you need head off to compress the springs and they're under. How can it be done without taking head off.
    Thanks for great tips guys

You can do it with a special tool that compresses the springs with the head on
