    Default Forged Regal Rebuild

Engine died 4 times in a row from cold, So I did a compression test last week and found a P4 with only 70psi, and a loud tappet knocking which has been irritating me for a while!

Time to go for Forged internals ready for future tuning.

Need the job doing asap so it's off to Regal on saturday to drop the car off.

I've requested some before and after pics of the engine so I will post these up once I get the car back and share the results of the build (No remap just rebuild for now!)

    componenets being put in:

    RSS High comp pistons
    RSS Forged steel rods
    RSS bearing shells
    piston rings set
    vxr atheena head gasket
    ARP Head stud conversion
    valve stem seals
valve recut, tappet reshimming & decoke head

and an AC delete as i'm not paying to fix that

If there was a noisy tappet did you not think about checkin the tappet to see if it was stuck and holding the valve open?
