    Default Weird remus combination !

hi all new here and have decided that i want a remus for my VXR but having watched some videos and reading what people have said , would it be possible to get a remus 2 piece but instead of the back box just the rear silencer and down pipe ? form what i have read/ heard the back box docent do much and as the down pipe and silencer are almost the same price as the back box alone it would be cheaper and you get the pops and bangs from the down pipe and silencer any way !

hope some of you understand what i am saying and if you could advise if it would work !!

    i have a 2012 VXR so A16

The backbox is what gives the Remus the distinct noise.

If you just want pops and bangs the remove the cats and centre silencer and keep the OE backbox

ok so i would pop and bang with my option but a back box would make it louder ?

Not louder... But it would give it the desirable Remus tone that everyone loves! Gotta have the Remus back box.. The sound is amazing
