Thumbs down Arden Blue Stone Chips Claim Rejection

I have had my astra from new. It is 8 weeks old and I have stone chips scattered across the bonnet, but the bonnet only. So ive e-mailed my dealer and Vauxhall and they advised me to take it in and have photos to send off a claims form; so I did. Vauxhall came back to me today rejecting the repair form saying "Stone chips are not covered" even though they've gone to the metal in parts?

    WHERE TO GO FROM HERE???

    Any help?
    Cheers

Put a case together gathering info off here. Pictures etc

    Present it to vauxhall.

Sort my car out or il see you in court.

I have heard this a lot so vauxhall must know it's a common problem. Keep at them, as saw on here vauxhall fobbed them off but in the end done the repair as they knew the person wasn't giving up. Good luck

Go on the stone chips thread and find the bulletin reference re stone chip repair.

It's paint defects rather than solely stone chips so use that mate

Just go further up the customer service chain. You are probably dealing with a minion!
