    Default Led interior lights

    Just fitted LEDs tonight and now when opening the door the courtesy light doesn't work but if I switch it on it works fine has any1 had this problem before ?

    Thanks for any help

    Have you checked the push pressure switch in the door isn't stuck that switch tells the light to come on when the doors open

    yeah checked that mate its fine can deal with it not working but just thought i would check see if there is a common fault with that happening

    Rears are a right pain, i just couldn't get them to work at all. I ended up opting for 2 X heavily tinted blue 501 bulbs for about a quid on EBay, ok not as white as an LED but white enough and solved the problem

    You've just gotta put a bit of tape on the rear bulbs, look at how the 501's are and then replicate that on the LED's.

    Got LEDs in my rear interior light and they work great!

    I got some SMD LEDs and used a dremmel to sand off one of the + and - on opposite corners. Works a treat

    Thanks for the help try it out tomorrow n see how it goes what about to courtesy light does that not work with led it comes on with switch just not when opening door

    Red calipers , factory fitted full AFL's , painted bootstrip , cobra Exhaust ,19 inch diamond cut alloys, full tinted glass,de wipered, metal pressed plates,maxton front splitter, Team heko wind deflectors, vxr grille badge...
