Default Corsa VXR Bilstein B12 with 20mm Spacers

    Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has the bilstein B12 kit running with 20mm rear spacers and 16mm front. As I want to get the B12 kit because first of all i need new sus as it scrapes going over bumps because the rear shocks have lost all there oil and secondly who wouldn’t want them!!

Okay thanks! Is it worth the upgrade to the B12 kit?

What scrapes? The dampers dont determine the ride height, thats the job of the springs regardless if the dampers have leaked or not.

Are you sure the archliner hasnt warped and thats touching the tyre?

Just checked the archliner and it all seems okay, it happens a lot more when someone's sat in the back and defiantly sounds like it's coming from the back, passenger side.. Would the spacers be causing this?

The rear wheels sit fairly close to the Arch standard so having 20mm spacers on pushing the wheels out will rub everytime you go over uneven ground which is everywhere in the UK

the B12 are great, but don´t run spacers in general they destroy the bearing and on a corsa they are rubish to start with.

I would suggest if you live somewhere with bad roads you keep the standard suspension.

The B12 is lowered and stiffened so it will exaggerate the feeling you get going over potholes as well as reducing clearance slightly.
