Couple of weeks ago I had a total boost loss and eventually a engine light on the dash.
Checked fault code p00013 cam solenoid b open bank 1. This fault became intermittent and boost came back and went again over a few weeks. To cut a long story short the exhaust vvt solenoid had become faulty!! to check this use a ohms meter on the pins (disconnected) they should read between 8-15 ohms if not then the solenoid should be replaced. Mine read 13.2ohms on inlet and 168k ohms on exhaust. Ordered new solenoids for both, replaced as re check no fault code no engine light and full boost regained. Common fault on the lhu engine pins become loose inside solenoid and give intermittent fault sometimes without engine light on dash. I know a couple of people have had boost loss on here before so thought I would post for info.
Had them in for a couple of days now and no further problems fingers crossed lol 👍
