There was a picture up some time ago of someone that had done 60mm and it looked great TBH.

I doubt it handled any worse than 40mm provided it was done right - i.e not on standard shocks.

The corsa is very top heavy anyway so needs screwed into the ground IMO.

If you're on 18s it might not be as pleasnt a ride as 17s though.

It's worse handling the lower you go as everything else raise in the air as the car sits lower. Kind of like holding full buckets of water in the air instead of down by your side. That's why a lot of cars you can buy a roll centre kit to account for the drop.

I'm pretty sure dna do a few bits to counter this, if you've got your car lowered get it up on the ramps and you'll understand 😊

I'm aware of the angles of wishbones etc when lowering.

The point i'm trying to make is an extra 20mm isn't much...unless hes a professional racing driver or tracking it there won't any discernable difference in handling 40 vs 60mm to the average joe.

It certainly won't be scraping down the road or looking stupid either, far from it.

I have to agree with u33db. I have lowered one of my previous cars 60mm and there was definitely an improvement in handling over standard and that's what mattered to me. I never caught anything either, it was a fiesta mind.. they always seem to still sit high when lowered.
