    Default M-Tech short shift

    Hi all anyone fitted one of these on there's and does it make any difference??

    Yup and I got it on my's! It so good feel much better quick changing gear!!

    Here I have installed on my Astra - M-Tech Short Shift
    Stage 2 290 BHP 375 Torque! Upgrated Turbo-Smart Actutor and Recric Valve, K&N Air Filter with Standard Airbox, TX Autosport 3" bore downpipe with 200 Cat, 3 mounts of Powerflex and EBC groove disc with Red stuff!

    I have one, well worth it! Shifts feel better, love how much the throw has been reduced. Great mod.

    Had m-tec fitted to my astra about two weeks ago and like it very much!!

    I'm looking at one of these myself but all I'm seeing is a bracket with a different pivot point vs stock.... anyone tried just modifying the stock lever .?
    If not I may have a go myself depending how the stock pivot is fitted.

    just ordered one.... as ive 2 insignias that use the same shift setup i noticed the VXR has a longer shift than the diesel...weird but either way the M-tech won't go to waste
