I think most people will tell you not to go that low on a Corsa.
It won't rub though, although you might have issues with the front bumper and road debris...

Don't go lower than 40 mm all round far to low and harsh as hell lol mines on coilovers and I wish I'd of left it just with eibach springs tbh ...

The car is already lowered 50mm with the 225-35-18 tyres (doesn't rub and drives perfect), iv got sum burg wheels which I was going to put 225-40-18 onto them but worried they'll rub

I have springs H/R -35 mm front and rear and fitted 225/40 R18 and they rubber arches on corners, so I recommend to you 225/35. Now I have 225/35 and no problems at all.
