Default Brakes squeaking after changing pads and disks

As above, I put copper grease on the sliders and the back of the pads and it's making a weird sqealing noise sometimes, mainly only makes the noise when going slow or turning left. Could it be something as simple as the heat shield catching the brakes?

Bet its the break disc shield, turn full lock to see it and pull it away from disc by bottom and do same with right lock

Cheers, I'll give that a go tomorrow. Is the shield actually needed?

Not really, it just keeps stones etc away from the disc.

In 10 years time it will have rotted away and fallen off by itself like on most cars without causing any issues.
