    Hi all, picked up my R8 yesterday...what a car!

    Thanks guys, I did post pics but they are held in moderation queue

    No real plans just drive it and enjoy it for now. Couple of smart repairs in next couple of weeks and ill be happy with it.

    Although I really want rid of the Griffin on the steering wheel! (No offence intended to Vauxhall owners, I actually work FOR Vauxhall but lets be honest...its all HSV)

    Brilliant thank you James. Do you know what the 12v socket plugged in under neath the armrest is for? I haven't had chance to chase the wire yet but I believe it was for something that is no longer in the car. Cheers
