    Default Today's project

Fitted this just now. Runs fine. No EML on.
Probably hasn't done anything in terms of power. Test will be on the way home under load.

Seemed fine on the way home. Engine temp seemed lower than normal. I think slightly more responsive as the air flow isn't restricted, however the hoses do collapse slightly under a bit of load.

Anyway it's all about the aesthetics.

Looks good, you can buy a pressure pipe kit from DO88, it's listed as Saab fitment but a Vectra OPC owner has fitted without issue. I'm sure it costs more than your solution though.

hoses are 45 degree 68mm (from the throttle body) and 60 degree 68mm the other side. the alloy pipe from the bay of e. the only problem i have found is that where the air sensor connects the welded mount is a bit more in terms of depth, the end of the air sensor just sits inside about 4mm unlike the OE one that goes in a little further.

its a bit of a faff to get together but it works fine.

Though I am now toying with replacing this with a cut down version of the original pipe. Not decided yet
