Course it is mate. No need to feel your car isn't gonna work unless you uprate the flywheel lol.

It is doable, it will be fine.

But I am not going to say it's not worth doing from a performance view. It is.

It will make the car Rev more freely and you will really feel that on the road.

Problem is the expense at comfort and noise. But that's the case with pretty much all that is performance enhancing. It makes things better at the expense of something else.

It's always a trade off. I try stick to the mods which maintain the most civilised basis.

Cool. Exactly that Adam... this is a whole new path but what I do know is Defo dont want any unwanted noises etc not willing to do any mods that will put me off the car and that Defo will... I can accept it would be more responsive with a smf but would rather it maintained same feel and sound as stock box... never thought about this side of it lol... n jus don't wanna go down mega tuned for mega money if it gonna sound like a piece of sh....... lol... Really appriciate all the feed back guys Defo sticking with dmf..... is Thir anything I should know about uprated clutches as never done it b4 n again don't wanna get in it n it sounds weird or feels strange cheers every1.

Lol that exactly wot I just been told by a mate..... I'm with Adam tho I couldn't live with anything that's not civilised other than the bags of extra power.... but unwanted noises is not what I want lol.

Just keep the dmf mate and if you need a new clutch go for a helix uprated clutch kit but a std clutch should be fine, plenty of high powered cars run std clutch set ups, will probably slip eventually but worry about that then, just go stage 4-4.5 and see how it copes first
