Default Front pads to reduce brake fade?

Hi all, front brakes started squiring a few days ago and on inspection found that the pads are foobard. I had noticed with these brakes that after a while of spirited driving I start to get brake fade and just wondered if any of you guys have experienced this and what pads you may have fitted that reduced the issue?

    Cheers

    Sam

Yea I thought that was weird, probably compensated with the drilled discs and thought that it would balance out 😏
