In other words. You cannot tell that my unit has been retrofitted.
Sorted my gps antenna today, managed to place it behind the pillar trim and run the wire behind the door seal, glove box, and cable tie it nicely behind the head unit. Signal works so it's all good.

Took mine out earlier and decided to check this one..

So my radio was on, although the volume was right down (aka mute). Went to set a navi destination and she was talking, telling me where to go and not once did my radio pipe up. So just check all your settings for the navi voice as it is possible.

Possibly, you need a firmware update? Think the latest firmware is 2012 but I might be wrong.

Right. Trying to sort my aux on the cube at the moment. Have locates all wires and where they need to go, but I've no idea how to pull each wire from the cube, a pin won't shift them and I don't know how much force I need to use :/

Ahh good luck! If you can, try a really really skinny screwdriver to unhook the little metal clip on the pin and then wiggle it out.
I managed to break one of mine, but managed to salvage it and crimp it back on.

Just for info, I checked Maplin and also an 'old boys electrical shop' near me and neither had the right pins. They are a right ***** to get out.

Think this is a no go. Is there an adapter cube you can buy that swaps the wire positions to the right ones?
