Default Aftermarket Seats - Airbag Resistor

Hi all, I've fitted a sparco rev seat in place of my passenger seat and using the forum i've added three fused resistors to the connector left behind to prevent the airbag light from showing.
Unfortunately the airbag light has still come on.
    I used the following
    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal...vMRvZ2V6PWKUdQ
I've seen that some people just use straight resistors with no fuse, is this what I should be doing?
Now that the airbag light is on, can I purchase ***** to turn the airbag light off and try sticking them in again or do I need to go to Vauxhall for a tech2 reset?

    Thanks all

Try 2 k ohm or 2.2 k ohm from maplins the straight white block ones , used in my corsa c with bucket seats to remove airbag light , you need k ohm not ohm. about 20p each.

Cheers for the help, do you mean use a 'wirewound' resistor instead of a standard metal one?
How did you seal the resistors in in your corsa? I've tried using RTV silicone currently so i'll have to pull that out and start again! Thanks

OK thanks guys i'll try the resistors from maplins next and see if that solves it.

Any ideas if I need to reset using tech2 or ******?
Or will the light go off automatically once I've solved it?
