    Default Max power for ko6

    What’s a safe limit to run a ko6.a have a forged engine.am running stage 3 at 310.just waiting on my ko6 would a need cams and bigger injectors

    Most ko6 I’ve seen run between 300-340 but not having one fitted means I’m no expert..

    They tend to top out anything between 330 to 350

    The manifold is what holds them back.

    Do you have fast road cams in too?

    yeah a new inlet manifold (Klaasen or EDS) will help towards the top end of the rev range

    I was on about the exhaust manifold but you'd need an inlet as well

    355 on stevenbarrows car. But he had a stage 3 k06 and meth cooling. Cams and inlet too of course.

    Hybrid turbos enable higher boost at higher revs. High revs stress the rods, the rods and bolts are the weak point on the leh engine because unlike the pistons they are not forged as standard.

    People never used to bother forging for a hybrid but if you're going for the higher powers that they can reach now then it's probably best to.
