    Done all sorts mate. Kitchen work, house to house carer. Currently out of work from recurring health problems.

    07 Arden blue VXR(H). 3” scorpion turbo back, pipercross cone filter, front mounted intercooler. Running stage 2 map dyno tested at 290bhp 340 lb torque.
    Black rear diffuser, black boot trim, black tinted windows. Piano black console and steering wheel trims. Carbon fibre dash trims.

    Is it a bumper off and headlight out job to fit HIDS? Been told a mix of things.

    There are a number of things that you need to comply with in order to fit 'legal' HIDS. Otherwise, they will render the MOT and your insurance invalid.

    Ive got a HID kit fitted to my Vectra C as the standard lights on them are utter ****, luckily the facelifts C's have projector headlights so avoid the glare and uneven beam pattern that non projectors have. I went for 6k ones and they have a nice even light , not had any issues with them yet.

    N/s is easy to fit as the ballets bolts to the battery tray
    O/s was a bit more tricky with the airbox in the way but i managed to secure them to the underneath of the light unit with screws and cable ties
    Vectra VXR 280. Milltek cat back. Courts upgraded radiator. Evo intercooler
