not doing any track days, just normal driving and the odd twisty b road. fluid and hel lines to be added at the same time. Which would be more suitable

I went Yellowstuff and there alright but my mechanic said I should have went Brembo, that's all he would use and he's been tinkering with vxr's for longer than I have been alive.
Everyone loves ferodo. Personally anything other than the oe pads has always felt worse to me.

We all know brembo quality. I've never tried them personally. Let us know what they're like.

EBC have a bad rep mostly due to issues they had 4 or 5 yrs ago with the manufacturing process which had pads prematurely breaking apart....there are still some old stock kicking about so best to buy direct from EBC.
Ive the Redstuff allround and apart from a slight dull vague pedal feel when stone cold they are great for spirited driving or those OH **** moments.
also its true about them being low dust...OE pads needed the wheels cleaned every other day, Reds are every other week or monthly
OE pads just cooked themselves and faded within a handful of heavy braking moments.

My oem replacement textars used to dust up like no tomorrow. The factory oem ones weren't anywhere near as bad.
