Monkfish Geometry Settings

Got some second hand pedders coilovers to go on the car. When Monkfish installed them on other cars they claimed they set up the car to their own geometry settings, does anyone know what they are?

Roger ran Monkfish. He works for Pedders UK now, but would presumably still know the geometry settings. I have obtained the settings from a member of the Facebook group. Thanks anyway
