    Default Stock rolling road results...

    Evening guys,

    So yesterday I went to a local performance garage with a rolling road to see what my vxr was putting out as standard, just because I had read all the threads saying there were big differences in power etc.

    The guys asked me what power it's meant to be at... So I went on to tell them the manufacture figures and then told them about the difference in figures between cars.

    So here are the results, 262.2hp and 417.7nm (308lbft)... Just like I told them 😂.
    The guy that does their remapping said it was a good power curve and that the figures are very accurate as there dyno is set up for track cars.

    Any thoughts on this guys? Anyone else get a dyno standard?

    Good curve. Yet I've 3 questions;

    What fuel were you using?
    What was the ambient temperature?
    What was the barometric reading?

    Default Stock rolling road results...

    BP ultimate.. Full tank.
    Temperature was probably between 10-15 Celsius. There dyno is in a large open unit with the rest of the garage.
    And sorry I have no idea about the barometric reading.

    Granted I was used to a stage 3 H at the time and it was a stock J. But at an apparent 280 I thought it should've felt faster.

    Would not worry to much about the bhp figures, too many variables to compare it with other cars bhp and std bhp - go to another rolling road and your figures will be totally different

    The main thing, the curve of the lines - looks all fine

    BP is 97 RON AFAIK.

    Could get very close to the factory stated figures with a tiny bit more octane.
