I'm convinced to try it myself. Just need my hazard switch cluster, door windows switch module, heater controls and cd70 doing. Rest are already blue.

Gave this a go yesterday but I had to give up. Everything is so tiny it's unreal, the actual smd led's are only about 5mm x 5mm in size and the one's I need to change are the 4 contact one's which makes things even more difficult as each solder point is around 1mm wide. I didn't have any way of magnification, the soldering iron I borrowed was wayyy too big for the job and the solder I had was also too thick.

Have you looked in the vehicle specific section to see if the one's you need come in a kit.

These are what's needed for a corsa so I'm presuming the astra would be similar.

Managed to get my order together yes. Only need them for cd70, windows switch drivers side, hazard rail and heater panel.

Yep 😄 make sure you have a magnifying glass of some kind and the tip of your soldering iron is only around 0.5mm - 1mm wide as the contacts are tiny. I was contemplating trying out solder paste where you can apply it wet then heat it up using one of those heat stations while holding the led's down with tweezers.
