    Default Tire pressure sensors

    Has anybody changed there alloys on there car if so what did u do about the tire pressure sensors. Do u need them in or do u need to buy new valves?

    You only need them for a MOT. It,s a fail without. I,ve been using different wheels with winter tyres on, over the winter. The warning light stays on. But no problems. When I replace the wheels with the o/e ones with sensors, they start working straight away, with no need for reset. I prefer the Corsa D setup. As there,s no internal sensors on the wheels.

    I’ve just got some club sport wheels carnt be doing with the light stopping on so looks like trying to have the sensors took out my old wheels

    As you have mentioned, just get moved to the new wheels

    buy the £12 tps reset tool from ebay for gm cars. Takes 2 minutes to pair all the sensors in a new set of wheels. Works a treat
