Don't worry mate, I've got the black one as well. Not fitted it yet though. Do I need to change it for a DK one now? I preferred the black one.

My black off road car filter also fits perfect.

So all the bits came today and I can confirm the AEM 21-2110DK fits on the MAF like a dream, based on what others have said the one sold by CouteneySport must be the 83mm variant and the information on their website is simply a mistake (at time of writing).

Just a word of warning to anyone thinking of buying the £75 black metal crossover delete from Nevlock Performance (think it's their own brand kit), although the kit is of reasonable quality it's a VERY tight fit, the jubilee clips that came with it were also the wrong size so I had to reuse 2 off the stock air box pipework. I'll get a Photobucket account or something so people can see.

I'd personally recommend an all silicon crossover delete kit such as the MTC Motorsport one pictured by Rksmith just for ease of installation, even though they are quite a lot more expensive. That said I wont be changing what I've got and am very happy, total spend was £145 for crossover delete, MAF extension, and filter

Thanks to everyone for your help.

I'm all about hard pipes so an all silicone intake was a no no for me. Luckily my mtc one fits just fine.

I just ordered a crossover delete (more for the sound than anything, getting a FMIC at a later date) and MAF extension. However, I'm having trouble determining exactly which flange size a cone filter needs to be able to slide over the end of the MAF.

CourteneySport seems to say 76mm internal diameter:
    https://www.courtenaysport.co.uk/VXR...ne-Filter-80mm

eBay seems to say 83mm internal diameter:

Additionally, I accidentally stumbled across kopite81's (Danny's VXR) build thread where I was able to lift the model number from a picture of an AEM Cone Filter they brought which has an 83mm internal diameter flange:

Furthermore, in kopite81's build thread, you can clearly see the filter fitted very nicely:

    CourteneySport sell the 21-203DK
    eBay sells the 21-2110DK
    kopite81 has the 21-2113DK

    So I'm confused... do I need 76mm or 83mm?

    Thanks to everyone in advance.
The 21-2113DK fits better in the engine bay, The one they say to use looks lost in the bay IMO, You just need to modify the direct route kit a bit so it fits snug

With my awesome heatshield the smaller one fits perfect.
