    Just remembered about a place just few miles out of Newcastle. Put a search on and came up with www.furnitureclinic.co.uk Looks similar setup to Gliptone!!

    I've gone with a listing off eBay, only a fiver, but it seems to have good reviews.

    If it fails it's only a fiver like but we'll see.

    I had a small area on one of our seats like that, I went to a specialist leather upholsterer in Woking back in 2009 and they made up some colour matched stain, worked a treat, and is still looks good to this day.

    Looks good. Sometimes those cheap balms do good.

    The gliptone cleaner and restorer I have is great and the smell once done is amazing and lasts yonks

    Where the leather had worn down to the cloth meshing stuff underneath though it's turned that almost blue.

    I'm thinking now I maybe should have built these parts up with a leather filler .....
