Default Radiator - Pro Alloy, Radtec or Standard for 485bph?

I have a standard radiator fitted (acquired the VXR as such).

Currently, the VXR is not experiencing any overheating problems. The coolant temp is running between 90C and 105C depending on driving conditions. It is coping well in the current heatwave driving around town and stop start traffic.

Electric fan is kicking in at 97C and the thermostat is opening at 92C.

I am thinking of putting in the Davies Craig Premium Digital Thermatic EWP / Fan Switch. This is dashboard mounted and the temperature at which the electric fan kicks in can be adjusted from the cabin. Link below:

In addition, installing two 11” high performance fans. Also, 82C thermostat.
Should I keep the standard radiator or upgrade the radiator to TX (£189), Pro Alloy (£538.3 or Radtec (£569.90)? If I should upgrade it then which one would you recommend and why?

The radiator upgrade is an expensive business and if I have to do it then I need to get it right. Your advice will be appreciated.

Also, signposting to any discount sites to ease the pain of upgrading would also be appreciated.

I am always struggling to find a trustworthy and comptent garage to work on my VXR. Any suggestions for garages in Coventry and Kettering (or nearby) would be helpful.

    Thanks

If your coolant is going over 100c then maybe worth popping in waterless coolant? Not good if it’s boiling. You have a 485bhp monster, don’t skimp.. go buy a pro alloy, courts was the cheapest when I bought mine
