    Default Not fussed stage 3 or 3.5

    Im chasing a 300bhp power figure
    Atm ive got mods wise
    2.5inch custom full decat
    Cross over delete
    Im going to get an mtc intercooler
    Is it worth getting a top hat or am i wasting my time unless i upgrade the inletmanifold?
    Debating turbo smart or forge actuator or recirc valve
    Anything else i could get or leave out cheers

    Top hat is a worth while upgrade if your local to mtc he will probably do you good deal

    I got top hat, breather hoses and crossover delete with ram air filter off him for £190 but I did pick it up

    It's the exhaust what may hold you back with your 300 goal

    I'm planning same as you got above plus I'm planning 3 inch turbo back plus inlet manifold and fmic hope that should get me there

    The 3" pipe also safe guards future mods if you decide you want more after stage 3/3.5

    Cheers man you think its worth upgrading the recirc or actuator?
    Stage 3.5 is more than enough
    Would probs get a diff and call it a day haha

    Personal choice from what I have read forge is the way to go with upgraded actuator

    Anymore than stage 3.5 and you have to start messing with internals

    Con rods, camshafts, valve springs etc

    Dunno though rods cams valves and ported head etc with a bigger turbo would be immense

    But I just don't have the funds plus my car is to high a mileage for that

    2.5 will seriously struggle to pull 300. Straight 3" piper the best bet.

    Tophat and power pipe will always help airflow.

    Personally I wouldn’t bother with the inlet unless you fancy a different power band

    With those bits 300 might be a tough call. Mines 300 bang on the nose at Stage 3.5

    I’d probably say for general hooning about Stage 3 is probably more fun.

    Also depends on the inlet. Klassen is a nice balance but pricey and the EDS and EDS cheap reps are all top end...people have been known to fit them, hate it and revert back to a standard inlet
