The vibration at speed points to wheel balancing but the vibration at idle does not
So I'm going to hazard a guess and say you have got a knackered engine mount hence the vibration at idle
It's most likey the lower front mount
Or the rear gearbox mount they are quite a common part prone to failure
Just my two cents and I may be wrong but it's something for you to check but will probably need a ramp to do so
Do you get any clunking or knocking noises?
