Hi guys wondering if anyone can help, when I Park up my car creeks when I get out, happens more on slight hills, has anyone had experience with this, maybe breaks or springs? Noise is from back area. I can do a vid soon if anyone thinks would help

It’s most likely the rear beam bushes

As above or might be just the handbrake needs a bit of adjustment

Spray some gt85 on the rear bushes if they stop squeaking that is your culprit

It only does it when I'm still/parked up so would it be bushes still? When I'm driving can't hear anything, also sometimes when I set off it feels like the car is stuck even though handbrake not on. But this only happens when I set of the first time, when I'm on the road at lights etc it never happens, it's hard to explain.

Some cars have the hill assist , mine does with could be the feeling like sticking brakes, check the handbrake as already suggested give it a spray Aaron’s the cable etc or you can jack up the car and move the wheel up and down see if it squeaks , if it’s from the back could be the exhaust mount aswel

Ok mate thanks for replys I'll take a video and see it it sounds clearer, I don't think it's the hill assist making it stick but can't be too sure

Can hear it at the start I think, is this sound normal. And near end when she stands on car, excuse the quality and kids on street

Mine sounded exactly the same rear beam bushes , 3 garages looked at mine and couldn’t find the creak but an MOT station put it on a ramp with a shaker and it shook the car and suspension and it made the noise and under the car you could see and hear it as the bush was moving in the rear beam

Have to agree it's the bushes the aluminium bit is probably cracked

It's an mot failure if they are cracked

Do the gt85/wd40 test if it stops or at least quietens it down you know it's that

One thing to note though is they may have been poly bushed by the previous owner and poly bushes are notorious for creaking

If they are polybushed a simple spray with the gt85 every few weeks will keep them quiet

Or again if they are poly bushes get a garage to take them out and grease them up again it's a piece of cake if they are poly bushes
