with all you say its had done already , how do you know it has been forged too ?

You may look into the top of cylinders using a bore scope...many garages has it or you may buy it on amazon for 30GBP
At least Wiseco top shape is different than stock or remove oil sump during the oil change to take a look, rods will be easy to spot.

cheapest for forging ?
WISECO pistons + MOLNAR rods are very affordable, this is my setup since two years..around 380bhp

Is that the actual hybrid turbo? Can you not get the one it’s got made to a hybrid? I don’t know to much about cars. Plus that can take 10 weeks to come

Yes, that is an actual Astra hybrid turbo.
