    So got the cover of and confirm part number 13204146 UY which is the same as the one you linked.

    I’m guessing steering wheel off also?

    Yeah disconnect battery wait ten minutes.
    Turn wheel 90% back side now bottom you’ll feel a hole.
    You’ll need a small medium flat screwdriver place in hole(what your trying to find and unclip is airbag retaining spring)
    In picture left/right side you have a rectangle with a bar in it that’s what you have to move with s/d can’t remember in or out wards but when you do air bag should lift forward then turn 180% to do other side. Unclip yellow and pink remove the bag, unclip harness undo bolt. Easy yeah !!!

    not done it yet, waiting for the CIM. how do i remove the lower cover?

    Undo the screw in the hole and pull down the adjustment lever.
    Then 13mm nut holds cim in place. Don’t forget to swap ignition barrel over to replacement cim.
