Default Power gone in the wind

    Hi from a Newbie.

    I got a z28nel, mapped, and I have a problem.
    No EML, no codes.
Bad idle like a missfire, stutter. Very sluggish, like thinking. When I get rpm up to 4000, we go like a normally, about.
Quite new ikh24 plugs, coils cheked. No misses on hard accel. Little empty hole at 3500rpm.

So I went a bt car scanner by phone.

    Cat goes to 400c easily.
    Long fuel trim 0
Short oscillates a lot -2 to +21. Being mostly at +15.
    O2S1 quite flatline.
O2s2 quite flat too, but more happening.
    MAF 5-6g at idle.

So, its maybe O2S1, Cat, EVAP or vacuum leak.

I searched leaks, no sounds, not by feeling from MAF to turbo.
Cat goes warm and seems to work normally.
With evap I have had problems when refuelling. But it has purged 40%.

Today it was very hard to start, but worked little better than yesterday.

Thank you, If You can help me troubleshooting.

Yes, I have changed and cheked them.

Yesterday was very hard cold start.
Today no start. Not even a promise.

I found history from my app about o2 and stft from september.
O2 oscillating and trim about -5 to +5. Now o2 doesnt oscillate and trim goes almost to +20.

Some maps have the o2 sensor written out of code.
You’d be better off getting O.C. Or tec2win to see more what’s going on.

If 02 sensor, would off thought eml and fault codes as there very trigger happy.
Evap valve might show but is it working properly.
Also check o’rings on back of plenum chamber just to the right of ecu.

Thank you. I will look at fuel filter and o-rings. Never cheked.

Maybe mapping also off EML codes?

Evap purge usually 0. Once I have seen it at 40%.

O2 has been working previuously. Image is from september.

Its very hard to find Tech2 or ***** here. Im using app car scanner.

    O.C. Fleabay or similar

Seems strange if it is 02 fault it hasn’t thrown up eml or any codes.

Fuel filter would be a good start, be surprised how much a bad one can effect performance
