    Default Corsa d vxr

    Owned my corsa vxr for around 4 months now on 89k and it feels sluggish I’m wondering is it safe to go stage 1/2 map with standard internals or am I just asking for trouble any help would be appreciated many thanks

    Do a compression test and see what the figures are.
    Corsa SRI Turbo (SOLD) and Facelift Corsa 1.4 SE (SOLD) - Now Ecoboost Fiesta 140 (Bluefinned, Eibachs, B8s), Suzuki GS500 and Kawasaki GPZ900 with ZZR Suspension

    Personally, I'd keep the Corsa fairly standard. I've seen so many issues with cars that have been messed with, even when everything has been done properly.

    True, but I just think the Corsa is less forgiving than other cars in this regard.
    I'm an advocate of 'if it's not broke, don't fix it' and buy a more powerful car in the first place, if the power is a high priority. Taking everything into account, the cost of modifying and ongoing additional insurance costs etc, it's probably cheaper long term.

    Thanks for the info guys much appreciated I was going to buy a Astra VXR but I didn’t have enough money saved up and my fabia blew up on me so I needed a car hence I bought the corsa
