    Default Passenger seat leaver failed

    Morning guys so my passenger seat leavers has failed on my 13 plate can anyone tell me if this can be repair under warranty or would she be out of warranty?

    It won't be covered by your warranty with vauxhall.
    Can't comment on other providers.
    I repaired mine a couple of weeks ago, until you get inside you won't know what's gone on.

    It wasn't that difficult but it was a worry.

    how can something like that fail so soon , just goes to show how badly built the J vxr was / is

    I seem to recall they modified the seat tilt mechanism on later cars.

    My 2015 half leather seats were very difficult to tilt, the handle always felt like it was going to snap. When I replaced the seats with a set of 2016 full leathers the effort required to tilt the seats was totally different, much less effort required and no feeling that the handle might break
