    Cross-over pipe off
    Crankcase breather hose off
    Heatshield off
    Intercooler pipe to turbo off
    vac line to reciric off
    front BCS unclipped
Oil feed and return off(oil return is very fiddly to take off)
Coolant return off and rubber hose clamped(I got soaked here)
    Coolant feed off
    Downpipe off
Manifold nuts off(delicately) with washer plate

Whole unit should then lift out and only the oil feed pipe will be in the way and need moving.

Make sure to cover-up any holes(i.e oil return etc.) so foreign objects can't get in.

When installing the new unit the torques are:
    oil feed - 30nm
    oil return - 8nm
    manifold nuts - 8nm(in order)then check again after 5mins

That's the way I did it anyway, there's probably a guide somewhere a lot better than what I've put haha

    Hope that helps
Brilliant - thanks. I'm praying the mani isn't cracked as it's already been replaced once before!
