Nothing beats a diesel as a daily commuter.

200 miles done and not even used half a tank... real B road bandit... not tye best for overtaking but certainly no slouch.
mixed driving on my work commute gives 48.4mpg.... more open road stuff and B road fun and its 53.

now ive a 2nd decat pipe, kn filter and shifter for the VXR to sell off.
2 yrs of VXR fun... no real regrets buying it and one off the bucket list

I know what you mean. My wife drives 116d chipped to 180hp and autonomy is similar.

If I had the funds, I'd have an Alfa Giulia Quadrifoglio in a heartbeat. Awesome cars!!

What kind of gearbox and clutch do you have for this power and torque?

Standard gearbox until it fails. Lol. Then I’m going to have to do something there any suggestions would be welcome.

Clutch is an uprated Sachs one.

Water and meth Injected as well to keep things nice and cool.

    Boy does it shift

I sense that he believes me not. Lol
