    Default smoke when pulling away from traffic light

    as above think the stemseals are going whats the best way to replace them and do they do uprated seals for the vxr

    Nevlock do the steam seal retainers and seals as a package - they can be changed with with the head on or off.

    could also be the turbo seals pal , had this on a couple of turbo petrol cars , crap / oil deposits sit in the bearings on the turbo shaft and allow it to seep past the seals when idling

    just ordered longer ones over standard is it easy to do with the head still on do you need any special tools

    There are places that can do it with it on, a guy in Birmingham - I think R&C motorworks does it for about £120. Not sure on the technical details.

    Warren at wg motorworks also does them with the head on

    I would budget for doing the cambelt and water pump while your into the job anyway it would be false economy not to
    2009 Astra H Vxr arden blue uprated gearbox endcase with bigger bearings, 3" cobra catback non res with toyosport 2.5 double decat, mtc crossover delete and tophat

    Planning to go stage 3/3.5 eventually
