    Default Corsa VXR to VX220 Turbo

    Im looking to change from my current Corsa VXR to a VX220T or better still the VXR220T

    Does anyone know of a VXR220 Turbo for sale? I can't find one anywhere!

    Think there was only around 50 made mate, not much chance of getting one.

    Yeah i thought that was gona be the case, a VX220 T will still do! Just need to find a good example.

    do what I did. Buy a vx220 n/a for cheap money, fit a super charger from Courtney Motorsport and you will then have a vx thats quicker than the turbo and is loads more fun to drive

    over 250 bhp with loads and loads of torque and remember the n/a was almost 180kg lighter than the turbo. The turbo standard was 200 bhp and the vxr was 220 bhp. The vxr was 0 - 60 in 4.2 sec compared to the turbos 4.6 but they say that the difference was down to the Toyo tyres that were fitted to the vxr.
    Go on to the vx220 forum and you'll read of lots of other guys that have taken the super charger option
