  • stage 4 vxr

    what will i need

    turbo back..fmic...then is it the cast manifold and the hybrid garret turbo?? (i will be using courtney)

    wud internals need to be dun at this point?

      How many threads can you make lol....you will be stage3+ with a hybrid and stage4 with a garret, stage5 is internal work.

                    am not chasing high figures mate....my dads on bout wanting a vxr turbo so i was guna sell him mine and but the cast mani and the garret turbo courts offer, ive got a fmic in the pipeline aswell.. so say 310bhp

                      Ring courts and see what they sugest mate. better getting it from the horses mouth.

                        for 310-330 yo dont need internals.

                        yiu relley need rods when running hight boost, high revs.

                          Hybrid would suit 310bhp no probs, no need for cast manifold either. just the FMIC needed and a uprated fuel pump (approx £500 to get your own turbo made hybrid or cost of new hybrid is approx £900)

                            just got off phone from courtney

                            this is what they quoted me

                            Rod's, bearings, gaskets etc £499 (without fitment)
                            Gt28 Garret Turbo + Cast Manifold £1785 (Without Fitment price)
                            Adjust map

                            £4000 is the all in price lol....plus 1 k to supply and fit pistons

                            and they sed they hope to achieve in the region of 373bhp to 400bhp

                            they also sed i wud need rods as sandy sed if getting the turbo and mani
