Stage 3 with what plugs?

I've read alot on here about standard plugs and iridiums etc.

I'm in need of new plugs and currently at Stage 3 with Iridiums.

What plugs are you running on your stage 3's? was thinking about getting the Denso's

I'm still just running OE plugs in mine with no issues.

Standard OE ones are now irridium buddy (well they are for the vec) they are all good mate, Denso's, standard, or the race plugs which are probably the best in the business,

had iridium but never felt any diff, so ran on oe for 2 years...no probs.
