with internal you tend to get boost creap( think thats the term), thats where the exhaust gasses try an prize open the acuator flap / waste gate open when the gauges exit the turbo..
pro- better ant controlling boost an you dont get the above s it gives you a finer boost line.
for those who are into looks...lol... it looks better.
