  • cars just not right since being mapped :(

Well had car mapped in july, only for me to need a new actuator as the old one was knackered,so got a new o/e one fitted, but since then its just not really as responsive, low down it seems to just loose power then get it back, with sports on its obviously better as it is mapped but with sports off it feels really slow,an not just because im used to the map etc it really struggles to pick up,thing is its boosting ok,just is really unpredictable at the mo.Am pretty gutted as been saving for a while and spent about 1k in the past month
any ideas if anything else could be worn/on its way out?
    cheers

have you got a boost or afr gauge fitted? if so what readings?

    what map are you running?

    what stage you at?

also did you re-dyno it after fitting the accuator?

    what fuel you using?

could be coz of the warmer weather.,

did you have it re dyno'ed once you accuator fitted? may need tightening up abit more.

To be honest I wouldn't mess about too much as without a wideband etc its difficult to figure out how your car will be taking to your adjustments.

Best take it to MPG again as they can log the ignition / fuelling / boost and diagnose what is going on.
