hi guys. right im puzzeled and i dont know if there broke. but. when i press the button on the electric mirrors to fold them it works but if i want to make them fold back out straight away i have to wait. it seems i have to wait for a click sound then press the button and they fold back out. y dont they fold in and out instantley with the push of the button or is it just my mirrors. is this how they should be.

              Don't worry, that is normal.

i reckon you would shorten the life of the motors if you did this, imagine how many times you unlock your car but dont go anywhere altho it would be cool

i believe the new fiesta's do this

Its not that thats the problem though, with mine, you can press the button and nothing happens, and you have to wait for 1 or even 2 clicks before they eventually move in!

Its a relay clicking you hear, You have to wait till the relay times out and then press again and they will close- Prevent them from being over used apparently according to Vauxhall- Got to love your dealers technical explanation!
